About:
Pathways for Hope is a new transitional housing facility that will provide a critical steppingstone for individuals designated with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) who face immediate housing challenges post-discharge from emergency rooms and inpatient facilities. It will have 50 beds and an annual capacity to serve approximately 100 people. The facility will provide a secure and supportive environment for transitional housing.
